My Zerba article bought from your Online Shop has visible flaws/missing parts. What can I do?

In the unfortunate event that you receive products that do not conform with the required quality, you can return the product purchased within 14 days from the date of delivery, inserting a return and refund request in your account. If 14 days have passed, you can contact us through the special form in the “Contact Us” section or you can send an email to the address info@zerba.nl, indicating the information regarding your order (purchase date and order number).

Please contact the store where you bought the product or fill out the special form in the “Boutique” section, indicating the place and date of purchase.

How can I activate a promotional code?

During the checkout process, insert the promotional code in the specific field on the page under the total and click on “Activate”.

Can I exchange a product?

No, you cannot exchange a product for another one. However, you can return the product you received and then place a new order for the desired product.

Can you let me know when a currently unavailable product becomes available again?

Certainly! If you click on the button “Contact me when available”, you’ll receive notification that the product is once again available.

Are duty-free purchases possible?

Duty-free purchases are not possible through the Online Shop, because our deliveries are strictly limited to European Union countries. Duty-free purchases can be made in our stores.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

No, once that an order is placed and completed through the payment data, this can be neither modified nor cancelled.
