Returns

Returning or exchanging your product is easy. Please note that you return or exchange your purchased item within 14 days after the delivery date.

The Zerba Online Shop wishes to guarantee maximum customer satisfaction in terms of purchasing experience and quality. If, for any reason, the customer is not satisfied with the order, he can return the purchased product. The right to return the product may be exercised exclusively by the customer and under no circumstances by the recipient of a gift.

There are 2 ways to return your product(s):
1. You can ship us back the product(s). 
Please use the return address label that’s enclosed in your received order. Please don’t damage the shoebox. Articles should be shipped back with original package and price tags. Put the box or other article in the enclosed return bag and stick the enclosed label on it. Don’t forget to fill in the complete return form and follow the instructions on the form before sending the order back to Zerba. Zerba does not pay the return shipment costs and is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
2. You can easily return your product(s) in the Zerba store. Of course this way of returning is for free. You can find shop address information on the website. Don’t forget to bring us the receipt of your order. Articles should be brought back with original package and price tags.

Re-payment of the reimbursement
Once the Zerba Online Shop has received the returned goods and checked that all the requisites have been respected, a confirmation of acceptance will be sent to you by email providing the date on which the reimbursement was made. When purchasing with a credit or debit card, the time necessary for visualizing the reimbursement depends on the institution that issued the card. You will always receive the reimbursement back by bank. Even if you return the product(s) in the Zerba store.

Please remind that returned products must be sent within 14 days of delivery in their original packaging or, if damaged, in packaging of equivalent size and durability. The Zerba Online Shop will reimburse the return only if all these conditions are respected.
