Zerba ships Free within the European Union, which consist of the countries listed below.
Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Finland, France, Gibraltar, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Austria, Portugal, Spain, United Kingdom and Northern Ireland.

As per International Laws regulating Commerce and Trade of imports and exports all Zerba orders are shipped out of the Netherlands with an official invoice declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in EURO.

Shipping times
All orders placed through the Zerba online shop are subjected to a control that takes until 48 working hours. Once approved, the order is shipped and the customer is sent a confirmation mail with the tracking number of the shipment. The delivery times for the order depend on the shipment company.

International orders
Deliveries from the Zerba Online Shop are limited to the above-mentioned countries that are members of the European Union. It is possible to place an order in a country different from the country of residence, but you have to send us an e-mail with the required article number and size. We will reply quick with order information and shipment terms.

Monitoring the order
Once the order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing the details of the order and the tracking number for monitoring the delivery in real time. Furthermore, it is possible to access an archive of past orders in the “My Zerba” section. You can find the order through the order number provided in the confirmation email and see all corresponding information.

Delivery of purchases
For the delivery of your online purchases, you can choose the most convenient delivery address: your home, office or another person’s home.

Please note: You cannot use a P.O. box as a shipping address or indicate a preferred date or time for the delivery. It is necessary to sign the way-bill to receive the parcel. If the shipment company does not find anyone at the indicated shipping address, it will leave a notice after each failed attempt to deliver the parcel. The number of attempts can vary depending on the destination country. If the parcel is not delivered, it will be returned to the Zerba online shop warehouse.
